Well I’ve always gotten along with the bar scene. Not so much about the serving but the social aspect that gets me going! Whether it be shaking hands and chatting with the locals I haven’t seen in a while or attempting to flirt with the cute girl at the end of the bar, I l love the buzz of it all! I have done conventional country pub-like service, restaurant service and worked in nightclubs on the weekend. No day is the same, there are always challenges (especially getting the drunk ones out the building!) and I hope to expand my skillset during my stay here in Australia!
